1. Who we are

HalalGaming(“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a community Counter-Strike 2 (“CS2”) 1v1 arena game server and the website at halalgaming.net, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing the website, connecting to our game server, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. The service

We provide a free-to-play CS2 1v1 arena ladder. Connecting to and playing on the server is free. We also offer optional paid VIP and MVP memberships that unlock cosmetic and quality-of-life perks (for example custom weapon skins, name colours, kill-screens, profile flair, and a reserved server slot).

Paid perks are cosmetic and convenience only. They do not grant any competitive advantage in a duel — no extra health, armour, or damage. All purchases are delivered digitally and applied to the in-game account linked to your Steam ID. There are no physical goods.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. You are responsible for the Steam and Discord accounts you use to access perks and for keeping them secure. We identify players by their Steam ID; you must own the account you are buying perks for.

4. Payments

Our order process and payments are handled by a third-party payment provider acting as our reseller and Merchant of Record. That provider is the seller of record for purchases made through our store, and its buyer terms also apply to your transaction. Prices are shown before checkout and may include applicable taxes, which the provider collects and remits. We do not see or store your full card details.

Memberships may be one-time or recurring depending on the plan you select. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel renewal at any time (see your email receipt or contact us) and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

While using our service you agree not to:

• Cheat, script, or use any third-party software that alters gameplay.
• Harass, threaten, or use slurs or hate speech against any player or staff member.
• Grief, ghost, stall duels, or disrupt other players’ matches.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the server, website, or other accounts.
• Resell, share, or transfer your membership or perks to another account.

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that breach these rules. Bans for cheating or abuse are not eligible for a refund of unused membership time.

7. Availability & changes

The service is provided “as is”. We run a community server on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may add, change, or remove perks, maps, or features, and may adjust pricing for future purchases. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HalalGaming is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
